Welcome to Sports Funcional Training. I am Mariano Romero, sports specialist coach .
I work as a personal trainer and i will like to show you how I developed a training with functional exercises from professional sports athletes.
Your goals will be strength, endurance, speed and flexibility but also includes múltiples skills as your favorites athletes have, training like them, playing and loving how they d!!!
